Yes, we offer monthly subscription services for individuals and businesses. You can choose from a variety of arrangements and customize the delivery schedule.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and prefer Venmo. If you want to book with me in person text me and I will run your payment via Venmo.

Poppy's will only choose the best florals on the market. We personally, purchase from our wholesalers and inspect each item. If you are ever dissatisfied with your order please let us make it right by contacting us ASAP. We will also do our best to ensure your flowers are in stock, due to unforeseen circumstances we may need to alter your floral request to something as similar as possible. 

Due to the nature of our business Deposits are not refunded. Much work is put into simply giving our clients estimates. There are a lot of behind the scenes that take hours and hours for us to do therefore, we hope you understand our rule. Refunds will only be given if the florist is unable to complete her/his task due to illness, death ect.. Each circumstance will be evaluated and discussed with you in the event of any issue.
